The above quote embodies my philosophy of grief coaching- as a grief companion I will walk alongside you, hold your grief and provide a space for you to express and explore your grief.
Grieving a loss is hard. It can be messy. It can be confusing and isolating. But you don't have to grieve alone.
In this 3 month coaching program you will •Gain accurate information about the grief process & apply it to your own grief •Create a healing space for you to express and explore your grief •Develop real tools to cope with and process your grief •Find your ‘grief tribe’ and feel support from people who ‘get it’
Coaching program includes •Monthly group coaching calls •2 Individual Coaching calls per month •Coping tools such as herbal tea blends or other handcrafted healing items •Handouts & supportive materials

In facing adversity, stress, or crises we are often propelled to operate from a 'fight or flight' mode of thinking, being, and doing. Our ability to cope becomes depleted and in turn we feel 'stressed out' or 'burned out'. As your coach, I will provide you with a supportive and empowering place to build resilience, develop new coping tools, and establish a foundation that will allow you to overcome adversity.
In this 4 week coaching program you will
Understand how the stress response happens in your body
Explore the impact of stress on the body (and brain)
Utilize approaches to nourish the nervous system and decrease limbic response
Discover practices to use that can stop the stress response once its recognized
Develop new coping tools to manage adverse experiences
Week 1:Defining the stress response-ACE’s, limbic response, and your stress.
Week 2: Adapting to stress-Adaptogens & herbal allies to support the body and spirit
Week 3:Self care, soul care and everything in-between care
Week 4:Mind/Body techniques-A functional approach
Coaching program includes
Weekly group coaching calls for 4 weeks
Email support in between calls
Handouts and worksheets
60 min individual coaching call at the end of the 4 weeks
